Martial arts require a lot of practice, especially if you want to train as safely and efficiently as possible. That’s why we offer a selection of foam escrima sticks you can use to practice before moving on to the traditional escrima.

Our foam escrima sticks have a hollow plastic core that is covered in ¼” of foam. Together, the hollow core and foam padding make for a lightweight and safe training escrima stick. Our escrima sticks range for 20- 26 inches in length and is available in multiple colors.
